Short Scene From Swing Social

Here's a real short dance scene from Hanna Barbera's 1940 MGM cartoon Swing Social. I just love the way this is animated. I've been watching it over and over. Anyone know who animated it? I'm assuming it's one of the Tom and Jerry animators.
